Clean clean clean. Stage it attractively but sparsely, you don't want a buyer to think there is not enough storage space.
Beside cleaning and removing clutter what color paint should I paint it and what can I buy as far as décor?
Remove all clutter, take everything off the counters and clean it so it is sparkling. If it is painted a dark color, repaint the walls in a lighter hue to make it feel larger. Good luck!
