New paint, replace flooring--may not be so expensive in a small bathroom, add functional storage, replace or redo vanity, add a new shower curtain, towels and rugs as a good visual for buyers. Keep personal items to a minimum when showing your home. The less buyers can see in a small bathroom-the better!
