Product with bleach in it. I use Tilex and let it sit or spray bleach on grout and let it sit for at least an hour, then scrub it with soft scrub and a scrub brush. Rinse thoroughly. Seal once cleaned.

The water from cleaning the tile floor will settle into the grout and if there is even a little dirt in the water, it will dry on the white grout and start getting darker. I have four dogs and my tile in the kitchen gets dark every time I wash it since they are in and out the dog door all day. I usually hand wash the floor, that way I can give the grout a tooth brush scrub real quick and dry it off right away. I make sure I keep my water real clean to make it a little easier.

Maybe it will need up, but it still will deposit water one the grout lines that will dry gray if the wash water is cloudy or dirty. It cleans up easy enough for me the way I do it and doesn't really add time to cleaning the floor.

Peroxide and baking soda made into a paste and then use a toothbrush to scrub it into the grout. Let it site for a little and wipe with a clean cloth.

Hi Linda, You can make a thin paste of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Apply it to the grout and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. Scrub with an old toothbrush and rinse clean. If the grout between the tiles has worn down too far, it may be a better idea to first re-grout and then seal. You can also buy grout pens to quickly “recolor” your grout and make them look new again.
