You can use concrete patch for this. See the link below to Lowe’s.
You can use concrete patch or mix up a bit of concrete Quickrete or Reddi-mix to patch with a trowel. Brush the old concrete with concrete bonding liquid before you apply the patch so that it adheres properly.
There is pre made cement putty in home hardware stores, I've seen them in grey or taupe. I had to repair a chipped curb once and it worked great! I used a paint stir stick to edge it so it would have the square edge on it. Couldnt tell the difference between my work and the contractors.
