If ammoniated window cleaner doesn't' do anything, then use a very diluted lyme-away product and a green "scrungy", being very careful to wipe up all of the drips off of any non-glass surface.
Using a squeegee to make long strokes, and wiping between each strokewith a clean dry cloth that has not been laundered with fabric softener will eliminate streaks.

After spraying glass window cleaner,
I use news paper or new coffee filter to wipe window. Works good for me.
I use glass cleaner or methalated spirit and wipe it off with newspaper.
