How can I reroot Lilies/Roses?

I received some very large beautiful Roses and Lily type flowers. Can I re root these fromthese cuttings and begin to have my own plants? Thanks guys

Hi. Lilly’s grow from bulbs not cuttings. As far as roses they can be dipped in rooting powder. I’ve tried and never had any luck doing so.
