This is Linda. You can make your own softener towels by cutting up old t-shirts or old-towels to the appropriate size. Next find a container that will hold them. Fill the container with enough fabric softener to cover the towels and let it soak in. When you need to use a towel, pick one out of the container and squeeze most of the fabric softener back into the container. Then use the damp towel in your dryer.
