Did you sprinkle with baking soda, let it sit, and then vacuum (very) well?

Try sprinkling a heavy coat of baking soda over entire rug surface, scrub it in with a long handled brush. Leave it sit overnight or at least 8 hours, then vacuum the next day.

baking powder. you'll have to keep up with it. Sprinkle over carpet at night really heavy. I know it sounds stupid but you'll have to get on your hands and knees and literally rub it into the carpet. This includes moving furniture and getting those areas too. let it sit over night and vacuum the next day. You might have to do this a couple times. Don't just sprinkle on top then vacuum. you have to get down deep and this is the only way I can think of to do it.

I have used the stuff i sent in the picture. But i will try straight baking soda!!! Thank you...
Hi, Kelly,
If your dog lays on your carpet, you might try purchasing a washable fabric dog bed with a zippered cover, into which you can place baking soda or activated charcoal to absorb his odor.
The smell was from the sellers dogs.. My dog is bathed regulary.. I wash his bedding 1 time a week.. Thank you....
