TSP, trisodium phosphste or Kud Kutter.
Hi Rose. I just wipe mine down with a damp rag and vacuum the corners. If you smoke or have build up on the walls then I would use TSP to clean them.
Do you mean the interior? Unless they are particularly dirty or have stain marks you don't absolutely have to. Mostly you want to make sure they're dust free as the dust particles will make the painted finish less smooth. A simple rag wash with a bucket full of warm water with a squirt of dish detergent mixed in should be enough. Good Luck :)
Degreasers/cleaners. Mix with water to wash walls ceilings and cabinets.
Wash your walls, trust me they are filthy, even if think they are not. TSP is my go to for this. Your paint job will not last as long if the walls are not squeaky clean and dry.
