How do I hang an iron piece on tile?

By using a small diamond cut drill bit, place a hold before placing a strong screw.

Iron is heavy so you will need to see if you have studs in the right locations to hang it securely in the position you want it. If it does then you can carefully drill the through the tile into the studs and put in heavy duty anchors for large screws.

If it doesn't have the studs in the right places I am not sure that you can put in big/heavy enough anchors to support the iron. As the weight of the iron piece will pull on the anchors and may crack your tile.
