If it is 'double (or triple) glassed' you will need to undo some fixings in order to remove the inner glass and gain access to the inside of the 'outer' glass ( ). Once you have got access, you can try sprinkling some bicarb of soda on and then spraying some (white) vinegar on the top (creates a foaming chemical reaction), leave it for 30 minutes and then scrub off. Or, check your oven cleaner and you may find you can use it on your glass. Once clean, polish the clean glass with a lint-free cloth (or, preferably, a glass cloth).

    Good luck!

Most oven doors have a hidden slit at the bottom of the door (who knew?). You can use a wet cleaning wand of some sort to slide in there to clean between the glass. I am an Independent Product Consultant and we sell an Envirowand that works great for cleaning in this area. It is also flexible and will clean down inside your dryer vent (which is where many house fires begin), it is great for air return vents, ceiling fans, blinds, the possibilities are endless.
