I like RustOleum spray paint.
I would use Krylon spray paint.
If the wicker is designed for outdoor use, it may be made of a synthetic material such as polyethylene or polyurethane. Synthetics require a primer designed for plastic so the paint will adhere properly; opt for a spray-on version for smoothest finish and ease of application. Apply your favorite shade of outdoor spray paint directly onto the furniture by first painting the top surfaces with a thin coat, then flipping the pieces over to paint the underside after an hour or so. Repeat the process, if necessary. Wear a dust mask and eye protection, painting outdoors on a non-windy day or in a well-ventilated area to avoid breathing in fumes.
If real wicker a quality exterior spray paint. Just know real wicker will still deteriorate with outdoor exsposure. Does not like Sun and rain
