Garden fence? Green stakes pound into the ground and the fencing material just hooks onto the little tabs on the stakes. It is not very visible and is not permanent can be pulled out by hand. Meant to keep rabbits away from a garden.

If you are not allowed a fence, why not put in a dog enclosure that can be ordered like this one: they run from $25 on up. They allow the dog to exercise and do their business but are not technically a yard fence. Hope this helps

Check with the management on what is allowed. They may give you options. Also get it in writing.

Here's another option, disguise it! How about placing 4 shepherd hooks for hanging planters at the corners of your small area. Then wrap the base of them with bird netting which is practically invisible. Use wire ties to attach the net to the poles and garden staples to keep it right at the ground. You can even hang planter or bird feeders!
