How do I enclose the space between cabinet and ceiling?
I have a space between my kitchen cabinets and ceiling I have a very small kitchen and would like to enclose that area so it could be useful for storage

Why not use it open to store useful, beautiful yet barely used appliances...rather than enclose them? For large serving vessels and oversized trays that you can store up high but still show off? Or use storage bins/baskets that coordinate with your decor?
You'll need to determine how much weight can safely be placed atop cabinets before constructing shelving or additional cabinets. To save the surface top of your existing cabinet, line that surface with ribbed heavy duty shelf liner.
