    E6000 adhesive. Then grout.

I would be concerned with the weight of the tile and grout vs. the thickness of the glass. Would the glass be strong enough to hold the tile? It'd look beautiful, I bet, but if weight is definitely a concern perhaps you could paint the top of the table with Unicorn Spit, Gallery Glass or some other paint concoction for glass.

Y don’t you try flipping the glass over and painting the under side with flowers or fish ?

I would use the e6000 as was suggested but if you are using glass tiles for the mosaic, I wouldn't just squeeze a dot of glue on there and stick it down. When the light shines through the glass, you'll see the dots. Add a smooth layer of glue to a small workable area, apply the mosaic tiles to cover the glue. Then move to the next area, apply glue and repeat to cover the surface of the table. Allow to dry for a few days before applying grout. Good luck!
