How do you repair a blinking outside LED carriage lamp without bulb?

I have two outside LED carriage lamps on each side of my garage doors. They do not have bulbs and they have a warranty of five years. They were professionally wired in by an electrician and come on at dusk and off at dawn due to photo cell on each lamp. I have had them for only two years and one has just started blinking rapidly. Do I need to call an electrician? Thanks for your help.

Pull out your warranty and give them a jingle or shoot them an email. If you can take a photo or video, it would help.
A licensed electrician needs to check to see what is causing the shortage. I would not turn it on at all until you get it inspected. Try the "professional" who installed it as they should have done a better job. In any case, you need someone you can trust who knows electricity to be sure it is safe.

Why does my photocell blink rapidly? A photocell will blink rapidly when it is in a transition state. The transition state happens when the sensor reaches it's threshold and is waiting for the delay on/off time to expire. The flickering on LED is caused by a loop of rapid on/off actions by the photocell. As the light comes on, it is too bright for the photocell which switches the light off. Once the light is off the photocell switches the light on. Integrated Leds have brighter lumens maybe it's reflecting off glass messing with on/off of photocell call company about tech help since still under warranty
