Why is air coming from side vents of our wood burner?

We have an Osburn wood burner insert. We've had no trouble in past years with it producing lots of heat but this year we noticed it not giving off heat and cold air is coming from the side vents. The blower is in good condition and the chimney was cleaned within the last two years. Any ideas/help would be appreciated!!

I would suggest that you carefully check out the seals on the insert as there are not too many other means for air to get in your stove.

Call the manufacturer - you don’t want this to become a safety issue. They would be the best ones to guide you.

Check to see if there is insulation in there or maybe it burned away have you cleaned the inside of heater
