How do I replace sub flooring in a double wide home?

Check the structure underneath. Cutting into manageable pieces and prying the flooring off the joists. Then replace with 3/4" plywood.

I'd start by diagnosing why. Sounds like you might have a rot or moisture problem somewhere.
