Sandra to remove the overspray, you need a grease cutter.
Just put a little bit of dish soap tiny bit on a wet cloth ring out well should still be soapy and wipe and then rinse.

Try cleaning it off with baby wipe or soapy water, or try Mix of Mayonnaise and salt applied using a soft cloth. or WD-40. May want more than one application.
