How do I find large decorative mats inside or outside for an area rug?

It is not clear what exactly you are asking. Are you wanting to purchase large area rugs? How large? What size?
Do you have a Garden Ridge or At Home stores? They have a huge seslection. Also look for outdoor rugs on line with Mayfair and Overstock.com. They too have a wide selection in many sizes.
Go shopping! If you want discount stores, try Home Goods, T J Maxx, Marshalls, Ross, Wal-Mart, Target, etc. Even Big Lots sometimes has cool stuff.
