Are you referring to a project you saw? A lot of Euopean kitchen are free standing. Unlike US, they are not into built ins . When they move they take their kitchens with them.
Have you been in a Paris kitchen? The vast majority are teeny tiny, itsy bitsy, unless the family was well off enough to buy several apartments and remodel. My kitchen is small by most American standards, yet huge compared to many European urban kitchens. Unless, of course, you live in one of the shoebox apartments in NYC. If you are look for Parisian decor, that's a different story.
Are you thinking "Paris Theme"? There are a lot of interpretations of this idea. Your budget and kitchen size plus your personal color preferences will drive the style as well. When I went to France, one thing I noticed in most places: the bistro chair. I love them! Attached is an example of one style, but again, it's about your preference. These chairs would be cute around a nook table.
