HELP! the deer are using my garden as their buffet

Question

The deer ate most of my lilies. I've tried Deer Off, windmills, red pepper, soap, cedar chips, nothing seems to work and I'm frustrated. They eat the flowers off day, oriental & easter lilies.

try hanging some foil pie plates around cut wholes in them so they make a noise when wind blows or try some human hair.

Deer are strict vegetarians & don't care for protein so mix an egg & a pint of fat free milk (made from powdered works well) in a blender, strain it & put in a sprayer. Spray the plants the deer seem to like with the mixture. Repeat after rain or watering with a sprinkler. If you notice, most commercial deer repellent sprays contain egg whites (albumen). 
Other things that work well are urinating around the perimeter of the garden & getting a big dog that will chase them off.
If you like venison try Jajohnsey's solution, it's my personal favorite.

I have trouble with deer eating my blooms and leaves too. This year I used Irish Spring soap (cut in half and with a hole drilled in it) attached to a stick. So far this has worked great this summer. Hang out nylons filled with human hair. Another way is to urinate around them. But your neighbors might not appreciate that one!!

Grady, we do use repellent, but it doesn't last very long, have to keep spraying, we need a few hunters, we have herds going through our yard.

Deer turn their noses up at fragrant plants with strong scents. Sages, ornamental salvias, and lavender, daffodils, garlic, annual vinca, marigolds, coneflowers

Use a vegetable peeler on the bar of Irish Spring soap and scatter shavings around plants and bushes. There's a product called Bobbex that works really well if you have something you want to protect though!

I read this from Gma Kirk: A farmer gave me a gross recipe for repellent...but it works. cup or two of urine, tablespoons of crushed garlic, and cayenne pepper, two eggs in a gallon jug, shake well, fill rest of the way with water. Cap and let age a week. Then you drizzle small stream around the perimeter of whatever you want to keep them from eating - works on rabbits too!
