How do I cover the walls over wallpaper with a tile of some kind?

I’m looking to redo a tiny bathroom with something different other than wallpaper or paint? I’m wanting to make it look bigger ant thought if tiling the walls all the way to ceiling or any kind of flooring ?

First you will have to take the wallpaper down. You can't tile over wallpaper. Sorry.
If you want to put tiles up on the walls, you will need to remove the wallpaper. It may not hold up to the wet materials used to secure the tiles and will loosen the wallpaper and the tiles will fall off with the wallpaper.
You can put cement board up over the wallpaper. Then tile to the cement board.
In UK we have splash back board 8'x4' etc many types. plastic honey comb our ply shts you can pick any colour and effects (marble) etc very easy to fit you just stick it to a clean grease free surface I have fitted many sq yards.
