    Try lubricating the insulation with wd-40 or white grease.

      newly installed weatherstripping, tacked on not taped on. Tried the wd40 approach first, but that seemed to make it stick more after the first few openings. Tried white grease next, but that seemed to improve the seal and not release the door. Heavy dose of talc is my current effort, seems to last a bit longer. Maybe with time and more talc ....
