I have not ever thought about it. I think it would be good.. put sink flowers on it..
A lattice frame around a bathroom mirror would look good. Make it about 6 inches wide and set the mirror inside that. Use a nice trim that you can buy from Lowe's painted white to frame the outside of the lattice work and give it a completed look.
It will look really cute, but think about how you'll keep it dusted/clean, given all the nooks and crannies.
Stratigicly placed pin nails to hold it in place, but would be easily removed if required at any time.
