I LOVE spray paint projects. My problem: the cleanup! How can I get spray paint off my hands after crafting? Thanks!!
Start by cleaning with soap and water.
A mild bleach/water solution (1 teaspoon of bleach to 1 gallon of water); let the bleach solution stand for 5-15 minutes. Rinse until all bleach odor is gone. Air dry.
Or straight white distilled vinegar; let it stand for about 10 minutes. Rinse and air dry.
Or straight hydrogen peroxide; let it stand for about 10 minutes. Rinse and air dry.
Use a baby bottle cleaning wand/brush with warm, soapy water...let sit then rinse and dry.
I would be hesitant about using any amount of bleach to clean a plastic drinking flask. Many brands of bleach leave a strong lingering smell, and, depending on the porosity of the plastic, you may have a larger problem on your hands with the unappetizing odor!
I put all plastic drinkware in the dishwasher on a full cycle with hot water.

Oh yes, I had though perhaps that was the case. Is there any possibility of getting a very tiny baby-sized toothbrush inside?
Try a squirt of liquid dishwasher detergent, add hot water and let it soak for a few minutes. The gunk inside will usually flake off and come to the top.
