Here is my furniture, it’s in great shape other than where my husband lays on it.I would like to change the color to Gray if possible. Anyone have any suggestions or would I be better off replacing it?

Great sofa! Looks comfortable. I don't think it's possible to change brown leather to grey. And slipcovers don't work well on leather furniture.

I actually did this. I just used a spray paint enamel. The coach was turquoise and I painted it a dark burgundy. There were parts which weren’t leather and when those were painted , it was tacky for a while, but on the leather it dried really nice. I didn’t have the adornment of the button so that you have on your couch and that would be a real bugger but you could spray paint the couch then come back and rub some sort of paint on each one of those little metal tacks on the front of the couch.

I painted my husbands leather beige office chair with chalk paint. Waxed it with mixture of clear and dark wax. Looks just like leather and is still in great shape 2 years later.
