Soften a section with a blow dryer to lift it and follow each section you've peeled back with a soft rag coated with baby or vegetable oil. After it all comes off clean the oil up with soap and water or Windex

Warm it up and it should peel off.
Heat will make the plastic more pilable. Use a blow dryer and start on lower settings until you find what temp. works best.
Add heat as in a blow dryer , it will soften it to peel off. Start at a low temperature and increase it if needed.
