How do I make a cold frame that won't blow away in the wind?

I have built a couple of hoop houses, but the wind here rips and shreds the plastic within a couple of weeks no matter where I place it! So this year, I would like ideas on building a cold frame or small greenhouse out of reclaimed lumber or scrap lumber, if you have some really good ideas, please help me!

You could try using the corrugated plastic sheets instead of the thin plastic which blows in the wind.
