How to build a small greenhouse?

I have a back yard area on south side where I can build a small greenhouse for about 20 plants. Thinking I can use thick clear plastic?

Chris, my daughter built an 8x10' greenhouse about five years ago. She soon filled it up so she built a very large one on the side of their garage so they could heat and plumb it from the house. She used some glass and some plastic.
