What do you want to do with it? My guess you want to resurface rather than deface it.

make stick on stencils of what you want and then cleaned the table well and dried. Tape the edges and center area where you put The umbrella. Put your stencil down. I used frosted spray paint. 1 or 2 coats will work. Dry between each.
