With ceramic cleaner and if needed, a single edged razor blade.. it truly works!
Bon Ami cleanser and a wet cloth work well on porcelain surfaces, without scratching. Bar Keeper's Friend also works well, but must be applied to small areas, as it contains Oxalic acid, which requires more rapid removal.
Bar Keeper is the ONLY thing that works on mine. Definitely try it.
