How to convert drawers to shelves?

I have 3 drawers from an old TV stand, what can I use to hang them on the wall and use as shelves?
Just measure the inside and cut some pine boards to fit , (I would say only 2). Paint whatever color you like and get some hanger(don't know what they are called.) to put on the back and hang them up.
Thank you Ms. Cole, I didn’t think to add more shelves into it that’s a good idea. The hangers is what I need. Should have been more specific.
