How and what's the best way to hang a hard board picture on a wall?

Add the little shark teeth hangers,with tiny screws to back of piece, then hang as a reg picture.
If you want some space between picture & wall try push pins on back near the corners, then tie yarn, string or wire between them & hang.
I would use the hangers that look like a saw edge ! Then get , I don't know what they're called, but they are little clear rounded "bumpers" that you can stick to the bottom of the board , to keep it flat .
I use command strips, they are wonderful.
