Go to a hairdressing supply store and get some clear color (it sounds strange but it does exist). Clairol has one in their Jazzin collection. Coloring removes coloring. Try that on your tub.
If you have tile it should come right off with regular cleaner, as some types of tiles are non porous. If you have natural stone in your shower, you can try a stone cleaner or you can try a stone friendly stain remover. You can find those types of cleaners in a hardware store in the tile section, or the outdoor section.
