    TAKE 1 old pillow case. Turn inside out. Sew a seam down lengthwise on how thick you want your draft stopper to be. Remember that if you allow yourself 4 inches wide, that your finished product will only result in 2 inches of roundness when done. After sewing, turn inside out. The right side should now be on the outside. Fill with rice or fiberfill or beans, etc. Sew your end closed. ALSO, place pieces of plastic wrap (food wrap) on the panes of your windows. That will keep the cold from seeping thru the glass too. It's clear so you will still see through them.
