If wall is sheetrock you can cut 2 holes, insert brackets into holes to attach wall plates, pull wires up and fasten plates over the holes. I found some plates at Home Depot that have a plastic brush opening to fit multiple sized wires.

I've used cord covers in the past and they conceal the wires nicely when you can't hide them in the wall. The one I used has a peel and stick backing so you won't have to screw in the wall. It's made of plastic so it can be made shorter by cutting it with a razor knife. Shower curtain covers come in a variety of colors -- just cut with scissors -- in the 'bath' dept at home improvement stores
Use Wiremold raceway. Mounts on the wall, hides wires inside. Can be painted to match wall color.
