How much air do you put in cold water storage tank?

I have a water well system and would like to know how much air to put in my holding tank bladder.

We have a Perma Tank Perma Air Pump Tank Series for our well system. We have ours set for 40 - 60 LBS. The pump comes on at 40 LBS and cuts off at 60 LBS.
