How can I use this outdoor bar?

My husband has had this outdoor bar for a long time. I've tried thinking of how to repurpose it and I am stumped. I painted the metal parts but just can't think of what to with it. Ideas, thoughts or does it make its way to the dump? Stools also come with it.

  • If you don't want it, give it away and not add to the landfill. Hop onto nextdoor.com or freecycle.org and post, and they will be lining up for a free backyard bar.

I would paint a design on it to spiff it up. Fantastic for snacks and beverages when entertaining.

Or turn it into a potting bench.

    Too good for dump.

Sell on Offer up, Let it go, Craig's list. Or donate to Habitat

Go Black with Silver or Copper on the meshing. Do with some Rust-O-Leum. It will make a world of difference to enhance the glass top. The reason why the Blue does not jive is a trick on the eyeballs. The illusion is due to the Nature of glass (and plexiglass too) itself. Glass matches every color but cannot emit black no matter how you turn it in the sunlight. Because of that, Black always enhances the other colors that do emit from glass.

Of course the Silver or Copper on any mesh, be that metal mesh or screen or even a cloth mesh, gives an appearance of Expense and Durability. Especially contrasting with Black the Silver or Copper will attract the eyes to the much higher contrast.

The entire piece when done will glow like a moonbeam.
