Small tiles are popping up in my shower floor. Can the tiles and shower floor be replaced without having to replace the walls?

Yes it can. My shower floor was in a concrete bed so not to leak. However, after almost 20 years, it did crack and the entire floor had to be removed along with concrete bed under the tile and done over. What a mess.

I think you could clean the shower floor with TSP and then let it dry very well and put in the popped tiles and grout. If the floor below your shower shows leaks, then refer to my first paragraph.

Sure can. Just use a hammer to break up the tile and cement subfloor.. A chisel can help. Shouldn't affect the walls. Then take it from there.

You should be able to remove the floor tile without messing up the walls. Just take your time and don't rush it!
