How do I make my plants grow faster and look more fresh and healthier?

I don't have enough sun light inside my home.. Room temperature is about 22 degrees. My plants seem never grow up.. Often have dry and yellow leaves

Research to see what type of plants you can grow in the conditions you have. Then make sure to feed them with a micro-nutrient on a regular basis.
Maybe repot with Miracle gro potting soil.

Have you tried a grow light?
Plants need three things to grow. Light, water and nutrients. if they are not getting enough light, use a light made especially for growing plants. If they don't have enough water, they will tell you - with dry and yellow, dying leaves. Periodically soak the soil well not just giving the top of the soil a cup of water. The third is nutrients. Maybe the pot needs to be changed out to a larger one with new potting soil.
