Clean very well with scrub brush then you could re grout to freshen up or paint the grout to freshen it up the paint looks great then seal it with silicone sealer I bought it online eBay it’s a bottle with a sponge on the end you put on all grout it makes it waterproof.

Clean with this:
1 cup baking soda
1 cup white vinegar
1 Tsp Blue Dawn
2 gallon hot water
