I don't know about you, but I'm so tired of winter already. It's cold and dreary out and I'm ready for warm, sunny days. Why not usher in a little bot of warmth with a fun DIY project?

I started with a plain white vase that I bought at Michaels. Look for a vase with smooth, flat sides.

Clean it with rubbing alcohol to remove any oils.

I used my SIlhouette to cut gold vinyl into 4 monstera leaf shapes. Then I weeded away the excess.

For a permanent design, be sure to use permanent vinyl. Switching up the design for different occasions could be fun!

I applied a small piece of transfer paper to the vinyl leaf. Rub it hard to make sure that it adheres to the transfer paper. Then peel away the paper backing.

Place it on the vase and rub it from the middle out. Remove the transfer paper when you're done.

Tada! You have a lovely tropical vase. Just add flowers.

Handwash only and do not soak in water for best results.
