I have used very warm water in a spray bottle ...spray the paper till saturated let it soak...about 10-20 minutes depending on how many layers you are getting off...yhen after letting it rest you will see the paper kinda swell up and then get your spatula and scrape it off always has worked for me...and I have removed at least 6 layers of paper if that doesn't work try buying some DIF

try fabric softener in water with a spray bottle. spray it on and let sit for a few minutes. use a metal scraper. there is also a commercial wallpaper removal spray.

I used a garment steamer..........it worked like a dream. You can rent steamers......they would have a larger steamer area which would definitely make it go faster but I already had the garment steamer and decided to try it. It's slow but so is spraying and scraping. It literally slid off like it was greased. I guess the steam warms the paste enough to where it comes right off......

I used a steamer too - worked really well! Then sanded the wall a little.

Mix equal parts vinegar with hot water. Spray on the wall and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Scrape with a putty knife.
