How to fix concrete basement wall leakage in a 1920's house?

House built 1920's, all 4 walls leak water after rain or sprinkler close to house. No idea if it can be fixed. Any ideas?? Thank you

It sounds like you need to fix the drainage around the outside of the house. For starters, change the slope of the ground around the foundation so water drains away from it. It can be done with a shovel (my husband did it) but it's a lot of work.
You need to get a foundation and waterproofing contractor. Waterproofing contractor can access the water problem and course of action. Foundation contractor can repair the foundation once the water problem is solved.
It sounds like you should start outside. Build the ground up all the way around your foundation and slope it away from your house. Make sure all of your gutters have long extensions that get the water as far away from the house as possible. Use the sprinkler sparingly near the house, if you have to, water by hand to direct the water where it's needed. As for the basement walls, I've heard that flex seal can be painted on to stop leaks. But talking to a reputable mason to see what has to be done to protect the walls from crumbling is probably a good idea. I'm sure that water has been leaking for years. And water can be very destructive, so don't wait to seek help.
Walls can be reinforced and repaired. The water problem from the outside has degraded the walls. That needs to be resolved first.
