It's a 1982 single wide and there's some soft spots I need to replace I suppose with plywood? I would like to be able to put hardwood or imitation in after that but I'll probably end up with some carpet in some areas.. bedrooms and maybe living room because of coldness under floor

I have a double wide. I took up the rugs an because I have dogs bought laminate flooring and you order the underlayment with it. Lay down underlayment an lay down flooring. I didn't nail or glue my floors, they are all tightly snapped together with quarter inch from starting wall. Called a floating floor. This way with a/c or heater on floor can contract (expand) & if I decide to change it up some day I don't have to worry about glue an pulling up nails.
