How do I fix garage door?

I need a brainiac that can solve this problem 4 me. My garage door won't go down without a.little help because the door panels have separated from the vertical track that it's attached 2. What kind of glue should I use 2 reseal this???
Any suggestions???

Who is the manufacturer? I wouldnt glue anything on roll up garage door, it will not work properly.
A photo would help. Hard to picture the problem. Maybe something here will help.

Wasn't the track attached to the door via bolts? If they've separated, you may be safer in purchasing a new, insulated garage door.
