Hi Mysti. I'm Cindy. I did some reading to be able to answer your question. This is what I learned: You could spray your plants with a garlic spray. Garlic odor can help deter grasshoppers and other common garden pests. Another way to get rid of grasshoppers is to dust the leaves with flour. Who knew? And, lastly, you could introduce natural predators like chickens or guinea fowls. Good luck Mysti.
I agree with Cyndi: Plant Garlic or Onions. It will drive them to your neighbors.
