How to repair cracks in floor already coated with epoxy?

Our basement floor is finished with an epoxy coating. A few months ago out water heater failed and flooded the basement. We had it treated and dried professionally but now we are seeing small pits and long cracks in the finished floor. All my google searches show crack repair before epoxy but not much info on repairing after. Thanks in advance!

AAWWW that's too bad I think you should just try some on a small space & see what have you got to loose it's already messed up,seems like alot of work to repair a big area; what a big problem I feel bad for you guys. How would you even get the whole floor up to put new down-usually it's prepped so it sticks bonds to cement; wonder if they never prepped it or since it got wet it seperated from floor underneath and if it's loose maybe it will lift off in sections then you could redo whole floor once it's removed. I don't think I'd epoxy again if you get it up maybe some good old masonry paint or vinyl peel n stick flooring. maybe just fill in the cracks and cover with vinyl so it looks ok. Hope it all works out for you
