I would check the hinges for dirt or gunk build up, something must be jamming them.

The soft close mechanism is built up with dirt and grime or has failed. Pull the drawers out and look for the mechanism in the back of each drawer slide. Spray some WD40 on any moving parts and work them a little. Reinstall the drawers and see how hey work.

Take the draw out and used candle wax to rub along the side of the draw a few times. It works the draw will slide in and out just like they originally did.

Get some small little furniture felt dots. It doesn't change the way the drawers close, it just makes them quieter. One little dot at the top of the drawer works well. Works as well for cabinet doors.
